Harassment is unwanted conduct that makes someone feel intimidated, degraded or unsafe — including comments, messages, pressure for dates or favours, and threats. It is never part of the job.
- Keep a written record: dates, what happened, any messages
- Report to HR, your manager, or the client's named contact
- If you work through DOI, you can raise it with DOI
- You should not be penalised for reporting in good faith
This module is awareness, not legal advice. Protections vary by country and contract.
Key takeaways
- It is never part of the job
- Write it down
- Know who to report to
