Permissions

Core platform processing
Required to use DOI
Needed to run your profile, learning, matching and DOI interview. Without it DOI cannot operate your account.
Client and employer introductions
Lets DOI propose you to clients. Each introduction still needs your separate approval before anything is shared.
Aggregate research and workforce insights
Lets your data be included in de-identified, aggregated statistics (for example, which skills are most in demand). DOI may sell or license these aggregate insights. They never include your name, contact details, ID documents or background-check data.
Optional promotional use
Lets DOI ask you — case by case — to feature your story. Nothing is published without a separate yes.

Learning and credentials you chose to share
Never: ID documents, biometric data or background-check reports
Never: your full identity before you approve the introduction

Decisions about you

A person at DOI reviews any matching or eligibility decision with a significant effect on you. AI suggests; it does not decide.
You can ask for a human review of any match or eligibility outcome.
DOI is for adults (18+) at launch.
