The company
Kano Fresh Logistics is a fictional 40-person company moving produce between three cities. Two people run all operations. They use a CRM nobody maintains properly, a shared drive, and a lot of messages. Their operations lead is on leave for a week — that week is yours.
What they need by Friday
- A written operating process for the weekly cycle, good enough that a new person could run it without asking questions.
- The weekly pipeline view, produced from their CRM export, in the shape their revenue lead will actually read.
- A short note on where you used an AI tool during the week and what you verified before relying on it.
Why the third artefact exists
Using AI tools is normal and expected here. What employers cannot see, and therefore cannot trust, is your checking. The note makes your judgement visible: what you asked, what came back, what you verified, and what you rejected.
Everything in this capstone is fictional. Do not use real client data, and do not submit anything you cannot share safely.
How this is assessed
A DOI reviewer reads all three artefacts against the published criteria in each assignment. A pass records Practical Evidence Reviewed against the linked skill claims. It is not a DOI assessment and not a certification, and DOI will describe it to employers exactly that way.
